In-person registration and collection of temporary UN Grounds Passes is available for those who have already registered, been approved, and received a confirmation letter via INDICO.

Where: UN Pass and ID Office, 320 E 45th St, New York

When:

19 April: 12 pm – 4 pm

20 April: 8 am to 2 pm

21 April: 9 am to 2 pm

22-24 April & 27 April - 1 May: 9 am – 2 pm

Make sure to bring:

UNPFII 2026 Confirmation Letter (in its original form, not translated)

A valid passport issued by a UN Member State or Observer State (or a government-issued photo ID if residing in the U.S.)
